I work with executive and senior leaders, both in-house and as a consultant. My experience, and that of my peer executives, is that with the volume of work, of meetings, and of change, it can be difficult to find a space to listen to yourself. Despite the daily whirlwind, we need to protect time to focus upon strategic priorities, actions and developing key relationships. 

 

What is Endeavor Mentorship?

This is strategic mentorship, and has the blended elements of mentoring, coaching, and targeted concierge on the topics that are important to you.  If you are the CFO and you are working on a specific strategic leadership plan for your leaders and you’d like the most current thinking (podcasts, books, articles, speakers, organizations) on that topic – I provide you with the high level research summary to support your strategic plan inputs/outcomes.  I also am glad to share frameworks that I’ve used to support your business cases and planning, and/or also glad to work with you using the tools that your organization/leadership team uses.

This is a place to carve out specific focused time to assess where your organization, department and team are, where they’ve been, and where they are going. And, this time is specifically for you to reflect upon your part in that journey.  This is a way to calibrate, celebrate and focus on future thinking. It’s a place to identify and work through politics and find ways of making stronger connections with others. It’s a space to work/walk through the conversations that you want to have with your boss, your board, your peers, and your team.  It’s a space to continue to build your leadership capabilities and identify ways to champion and develop your people.
